Throwback Thursday -Deblob 2

I just found these in the deep recesses of my computer.. and I actually like them.
For a time we were going to have interactive comics to fill the loading screens of DeBlob 2.
Here are some ideas that I had (done in 2010).

I really loved working on this project. Not just because it was a great game, but because I got to work with an amazing team! Shout out to my fellow concept artists: Art Director Terry Lane, Linda Mills and Professor Simon Scales :)

I know I haven't updated here in a long time and I know that it's really lame to post old art. But trust me, I've been working hard on the biggest personal project that I have ever attempted! More on that soon :D!

Behind the Pixels!

It's the first time my art has been published in a book and its a huge honour to be in this one! The book is packed with tutorials and artwork (I'll share the final image I did for a tutorial soon).
Lots of great insight into entertainment and concept art, with more than a few art heroes of mine grin emoticon!

Congratulations to Mark Molnar for putting it all together. It is an amazing achievement

Here is one of my contributions to it. I show how my process in how I put this guy together:
Hopefully it is available on the Its Art on-line store soon!

Drawing just drawing!

I was recently reunited with my Cintiq 22. Man! I miss drawing on it!
This is something that I've been chipping away at between jobs. So great to strip everything back and just draw! smile emoticon
